Kook Dogg Cafe

I heard about this cafe and finally had a chance to have a dinner with my friend. The atmosphere is modern and clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was great: we shared the hummus and pita for an appetizer, it had a good combination flavors and textures. The pita was warm and fluff. Strongly recommend it! I ordered Figgy piggy pizza and it had various flavors from sweet to savory. My friend got a shrimp scampi one. She loved it. We both ordered an individual size one and they are bigger than we expected. It was a great dinner. We said that we will come back for the ribs and sandwiches next time. Highly recommend!

Decided to give it a try (finally) and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, fresh, and well portioned. We chose one of their many named sandwiches - I got the “Walter’s Revenge” and my wife got the “Closed on Sunday” and we both agreed we’d come back for those sandwiches again. The sides were good. We found the waffle fries to be better than the onion rings; both were a little pricey and probably should either come with the sandwich or be priced better. Both the service and atmosphere were wonderful and made you want to stay longer and come back (and we will)! We decided to take a pizza to go for those back home and it was very much enjoyed. Highly recommend stopping in and giving iKook Dogg Cafe a try!

Kook Dogg Cafe in Reston is an absolute blast. We had a large party of 12 which was no problem for the restaurant.The food hits the mark from the very first bite. The Beast pizza is a double pepperoni masterpiece and easily one of the most crave-worthy pies in the area. The surf and turf pasta is bold, rich, and piled high, and the sandwiches and appetizers are just as impressive. Add in a huge beer selection and you’ve got the place to go in crowded Reston. Big shout out to Ana who made our pre-Thanksgiving party a huge success. She was warm, welcoming, and completely on top of everything, and her energy added to the fun of the whole experience. Can’t wait to go back.

This has to be the ultimate best restaurant we have enjoyed since a very long time. We spend a considerable amount o f time in VA ( from Florida ) and we decided to give it a try. One week ago it was full so we came a bit early and enjoyed every second. From entry to exit, it was perfect 1- Place is impeccable and very nicely decorated 2- We were served by Yasmine, an amazing and delightful young waitress. 3- The pizza was perfect and so were the mozzarella sticks appetizers. We got to meet the owners and we will undoubtedly return to try other amazing stuff on the menu. Thank you for a most enjoyable dinner and pleasant atmosphere: everything was perfect !

The food is absolutely exceptional—bursting with flavor, clearly made from fresh, high-quality ingredients, and cooked with real care. You can taste the love in every bite. It’s rare to find a place where the passion behind the food shines so brightly. Real cloth napkins, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches everywhere make it feel more like dining in someone’s home than a restaurant. A heartfelt, delicious experience. Five stars, no question.

Kook Dogg Cafe is a newer place that has quickly made a great impression on us. Each time we visit, we end up ordering something different, from sharing a pizza to trying one of their sandwiches, and the food has been consistently enjoyable. The menu has a nice variety, so it never feels repetitive. Their drink options are also well thought out, with a solid selection of cocktails and beer to choose from. We usually sit at the bar, where the service has always been friendly and attentive. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making it a spot we are happy to keep coming back to.

I loved my recent experience at Kook Dogg! The server was very kind and the hostess at the front was very welcoming. The menu is so big it’s very hard to choose only one thing. They have every pizza and sandwich you can think of. You have the option to add and modify some dishes which is great. I will definitely need to come back to try more things. There’s seating outside and the place inside is very modern and spacious.

How exciting to have a reasonably priced, delicious restaurant added to the RTC region! And you'll be floored by the unique pizzas they have created. I have been there twice in the past 2 weeks and was thrilled with both meals. The service is friendly and timely and the atmosphere is relaxed but cute. Their craft beverage selection is huge and really reasonably priced. Take advantage of it for carry out as well! I highly recommend the Crispy Duck Empanada appetizer and the Baja Fish Tacos. Both were very well-prepared and extremely flavorful. Hope to see you there!
